THE best Management decision we ever made was outsourcing our Payroll function to Lune Valley Payroll. We had the software and the skills to manually process Payroll ourselves but letting the Specialists deal with it on our behalf has released Admin time here, it means we never miss an update in Legislation and we absolutely know that things are being Managed and processed 100% correctly. The Payroll function is much more than just paying person X £x per hour for the number of hours worked each month, it deals with SSP, Maternity Pay, Holiday pay, Tax, Pensions (and all the complex rules sitting behind these processes); these are all time-consuming things that as a business we cannot afford to be wrong. LVP are very professional, always. They're polite, nice people who always look to answer YES to things we ask for.
